How Many Rags Come in a Box?

We sell rags by weight, so the exact number of rags per box can vary depending on the type and size of the rags. On average, there are about 10 rags per pound, but this can range from 5 to 16 rags per pound:

• Lighter rags, like sheeting, may include up to 16 rags per pound.
• Heavier rags, like terry towels, may include as few as 5 rags per pound.

Each box’s contents will vary slightly due to the nature of recycled and repurposed textiles.

What Is Your Return Policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you need to make a return, here’s what you need to know:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of your order date.
• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a carrier with tracking and insurance to ensure your return arrives safely.

Unfortunately, we cannot process returns after 30 days.
