  • All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

  • By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship orders within the United States only.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

  • Shipping times are estimates only; we do not guarantee delivery dates.

  • Local Delivery: Bay Rag may, at its discretion, deliver orders by Bay Rag Company trucks within the San Francisco Bay Area. Outside of this area, all orders will be shipped via our designated carriers.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in accordance with our posted Return Policy. Please review that policy before making a purchase.

6. Warranties and Liability

  • All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law.

  • Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon our delivery of the order to the carrier (or upon delivery by Bay Rag truck for local deliveries). Once shipped, any loss or damage to goods in transit must be disputed directly with the carrier.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bay Rag Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • Our total liability for any claim relating to your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product at issue.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
