Bay Rag Delivery, Shipping, & Will Call Policy

Bay Rag Company provides reliable delivery and nationwide shipping to ensure your orders arrive quickly and safely. Whether you’re local to the Bay Area or across the country, we offer flexible options that balance speed, cost, and convenience.

 

Local Delivery (SF Bay Area)

 

We offer scheduled local delivery from our San Jose headquarters to customers across the greater SF Bay Area. Delivery fees and free-delivery thresholds are based on distance from our warehouse. 

 

There is a $100 order minimum to qualify for local delivery. 

Orders must be placed and confirmed by 12:00 PM the day prior to your zone’s delivery day.

Weekly Delivery Schedule

 

Deliveries are made on scheduled route days by region. Customers can place orders in advance to align with their delivery day.

 

Zone 1 (Core Bay Area): Majority of South Bay, Peninsula, East Bay, 680 Corridor, and South County (Gilroy, Hollister).

Zone 2 (Upper East Bay): Richmond, Vallejo, Benicia, Hercules, Pinole, Pittsburg, Antioch, Brentwood, Discovery Bay, Bay Point, Oakley.

Zone 3 (Central Valley): Tracy, Stockton, Manteca, Lathrop, Ripon, Ceres, Turlock, Livingston, Delhi, and nearby towns.

Will-Call / Warehouse Pickup

 

Customers are welcome to pick up orders of $100 or more at our San Jose warehouse. Pickup orders are typically ready next business day after order confirmation. Please bring your order confirmation number when arriving for pickup.

Nationwide Shipping

 

We ship nationwide across the continental United States via UPS, FedEx, and trusted LTL freight carriers.

  • Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout or quoted for larger orders.

  • Palletized shipments are delivered curbside unless liftgate or inside delivery is arranged.

  • Additional fees may apply for residential delivery, liftgate service, or limited-access locations.

  • Freight quotes can be requested by email before placing your order.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.

  • Local deliveries are typically completed within 1–3 business days, depending on route schedules.

  • You will be notified if an item is temporarily back-ordered or requires special handling.

  • Not all items are shipped from our San Jose HQ location. Some items will be fulfilled from other warehouses and arrive as separate shipments. 

Damaged or Missing Items

 

Please inspect all shipments upon receipt. Any damages, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll promptly investigate and issue replacements or file carrier claims if needed.
